Using the calculators
The calculators are free for anyone to use, for personal or work purposes. They show the math and the rule they're based on so you can check every result yourself.
No warranty, no advice
We work hard to keep the calculations correct and current, but we can't promise they're free of errors or that they fit your situation. Employer policies, union contracts, state laws and court decisions can all change what you're owed. The results aren't payroll, and they aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Calcowa isn't responsible for decisions made using them.

The text, code and design of this site belong to Calcowa. Laws we quote are public and we link to the official source.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you've got questions about them, email contact@calcowa.com and we'll do our best to answer.
Fair use
You're welcome to link to any calculator, and you can share results you've worked out. Please don't copy the pages wholesale or scrape them; if you'd like to use a tool in your own product, ask us first and we'll see what's possible.
If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site. If you do use it, you're agreeing to them as they're written on the day you visit.
